Good practice in the use of meeting rooms
  • The meeting rooms are for group work only. If you need to work individually, use the Skype booths or the library on the first floor (Narva mnt side).
  • One person will book the meeting room from the group.
  • One person can have up to 8 hours of active bookings.
  • If you have booked a room but are not using it, cancel the booking.
  • If the room remains unoccupied 15 minutes after the start of the booking, it may be freely used until the end of the booking.
  • Use the rooms prudently.
  • If you bring furniture into the meeting rooms, take it back where you took it from after the meeting.
  • If anything is broken in the room, report it to the Delta building security desk.
  • If there is a problem with the reservation system (deltaqr.ut.ee), report it to ati.comp@ut.ee.
